How EFT Therapy Works

EFT Therapy is a 3-step process:

Step 1

De-escalating Conflict

We learn to identify destructive patterns and hidden emotions that fuel tension in the relationship. This step is essential to reduce conflict, calm the atmosphere, and create a safe space where authentic communication can take place. Through scientifically validated techniques, couples and individuals are able to see beyond blame and recognize the underlying emotions that are at the root of problems.

Step 2

Creating New Emotional Experiences

We express real needs and rebuild attachment through empathetic dialogue and authentic emotional connection. In this step, partners are guided to share their vulnerabilities, clearly express what they want from the relationship and to experience moments of deep closeness. Thus, a solid foundation is created for healing relational wounds and for strengthening a bond based on trust and mutual respect.

Step 3

Strengthening the new relationship

We develop healthy ways to manage difficulties and maintain emotional closeness over time. Couples and individuals learn strategies for effective communication, constructive conflict resolution, and maintaining a climate of mutual support. This step consolidates positive changes, transforms the relationship into a source of safety and stability, and helps prevent relapse into old, dysfunctional patterns.
